The primary benefit of the Design & Build strategy for the client is that it places the whole risk of the project on the Design & Build company.
RRajora Brothers Infra tech Pvt. Ltd must be involved as early in the process as possible, ideally at or before site selection, for Design & Build to be entirely effective. Your intents and expectations will be well understood by RCB, which will then establish the Project Team under the RCB Shade. We swiftly
draw on our extensive network of strategic partners across the whole industry (including architects, engineers, consultants, specialists, etc.) to provide you with the best team available.
Each member of the project team, as well as each subcontractor and vendor, will have a direct contract with RCB. As a result, RCB becomes your "one stop solution" for everything related to the project and the client's only point of contact.
